Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit and include all hardware and assembly instructions.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location or contact our team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
